Warranty information

VAC instruments are warranted to their original purchaser for a period of thirty (30) days from purchase from an authorized VAC dealer.

If the registration form is received by VAC along with a copy of your sales receipt from an authorized VAC dealer within this thirty days, coverage will be extended to a total of two (2) years (tubes excepted).

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, only for units sold in the United States of America through an authorized VAC dealer, and only for units operated within the United States.

Coverage includes factory service and, within the continental US, standard ground return shipping.

All coverage is void if the unit in tampered with or modified in any way.

For warranty information outside of the United States, contact the importer of VAC equipment for your country. Units sold outside of the United States should still be registered with VAC. Units sold by dealers or importers to customers outside of their country have no VAC warranty coverage, and might not be covered by the importer for the customer's country of residence.
